To achieve this, we are looking for a competitive and reliable Sales Manager to help us develop our business activities. You will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling products; maintaining relationships with clients.


Reporting to the Head of Commercial, a Sales Manager in Sampingan will be:

  • Define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
  • Provide presentations and or product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers
  • Providing a consultative solutions sales process to clients
  • Providing exceptional understanding and insights of our technology and product
  • Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the CRM system


You would be a fitting candidate if you possess:

  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in B2B Sales for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies or HR Consulting.
  • Solid experiences in client-facing roles in a rapidly-growing organization
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
  • Impeccable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient written and verbal command of Indonesian and English
  • Focus on results and the ability to willingly tackle problems or conflicts
  • Independence and reliability, by taking responsibility for their own work
  • Demonstration of excellent behavior in understanding of client servicing ethics (e.g., professionalism and courtesy; willingness to go the extra miles; dedication to provide a satisfactory level of service and motivation to find solutions for the problem)
